Axis Bank Recruitment - Young Bankers Program (ABYB) is an endeavour by Axis Bank to nurture industry leaders of the future by imparting domain expertise and skill set in the field of Banking. Axis Bank Young Bankers Programme is a one year, full time residential programme which will be conducted at two training campuses, Manipal Global Education in Bangalore and Amity Global Business School in Noida.
On successful completion of the course within the stipulated time period, the candidate would be offered appointment in the bank as Front Desk Officer in Assistant Manager Grade. Candidates shall be selected through selection process consisting of online test followed by Personal Interview. Other Details are as follows:
Educational Qualification: Only graduates from any stream, with 55% and above in their FINAL year of graduation and a consistent academic performance.
Age Limits: Age limit 25 years, born on or after 1st April, 1989.
Selection Process: Candidates shall be selected by Axis Bank through a selection process consisting of an online Aptitude test followed by an interview.
- Aptitude Test: The Aptitude test will be of 2 hour duration and will be administered online. The test will assess the proficiency of candidates in the areas of:
- Logic and Reasoning Skills
- English Language Skills
- Quantitative/Numerical ability
- Personality Assessments
- Personal Interview: All the applicants who successfully clear the Aptitude test will be invited for a Personal Interview.
Salary and Designation: During the one year course young bankers will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 5,000/- per month for the first 9 months to meet the out of pocket expenses and Rs. 12,000/-per month during the internship towards their living expenses. On successful completion of the course the student would be absorbed in the role of 'Front Desk Officer' at Assistant Manager in the Bank with a gross CTC (cost to company) of Rs. 4.01 lakhs per annum (This is inclusive of Loan benefits and Indicative Performance linked Bonus plus Retrials). Course Fee: To pursue this course the interested applicant will have to invest Rs 3,92,024 (Inclusive of Service Tax and Refundable Hostel Security of Rs. 10000/-) . This amount will cover all tuition fee, boarding, lodging and Refundable Hostel security for the entire course at Manipal Global. The candidate can also choose to apply for the Education Loan / Any other loan, from any organization / Bank of his/her choice. Students interested in opting for the Education Loan from the Bank , may apply for the term sum figure for the three trimesters, but must pay the hostel security in Cash/ draft at the time of completing the joining formalities.
